%X 目的:明确大学生手机依赖、学业自我效能感情况及相关性。方法:采用描述性研究设计,于2022年11月~2023年1月,采取便利抽样法,以河南中医药大学护理学院的在读生200人作为研究对象。采用中文网络成瘾量表的修订版(CIAS-R)、学业自我效能感量表进行调查,运用SPSS25.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:大学生网络成瘾总分为(36.70 ± 14.76)分,平均得分为(2.29 ± 0.92)分;学业自我效能感量表总分为(81.76 ± 19.83)分,平均得分为(3.72 ± 0.90)分。网络成瘾强度与学业自我效能感呈负相关(r = ?0.883)。结论:大学生手机依赖现象普遍存在,学业自我效能感处于中等偏上水平,学生网络成瘾强度越高,学业自我效能感越低,建议从提升学生的学业自我效能感着手降低其网络成瘾强度,控制手机依赖现象。
Objective: To understand the situation of mobile phone dependence and academic self-efficacy of college students, analyze the correlation between them. Methods: A descriptive research design was used. From November 2022 to January 2023, 200 students from the School of Nursing of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method. The Chinese Internet Addiction Scale-Revised (CIAS-R) and Academic Self-Efficacy Scale were used for investigation. SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results: The total score of IAD was (36.70 ± 14.76), and the average score was (2.29 ± 0.92). The total score of academic self-efficacy scale was (81.76 ± 19.83), and the average score was (3.72 ± 0.90). The intensity of Internet addiction was negatively correlated with academic self-efficacy (r = ?0.883). Conclusions: Mobile phone dependence is common among college students, and their academic self-efficacy is in the upper middle level. The higher the degree of Internet addiction, the lower their academic self-efficacy. It is suggested to reduce the degree of Internet addiction and control the phenomenon of mobile phone dependence by improving students’ academic self-efficacy.
