%X 目的：探索互动式教学在《全科医学概论》课程中的效果。方法：将长治医学院2021级100名全科医学本科生采用随机数字表法，分为观察组和对照组各50例进行教学观察。观察组采用互动式教学方法，对照组采用常规授课方式。比较两组学生考核成绩、基本理论及知识掌握情况以及学生的职业意愿和职业信念。结果：观察组《全科医学概论》理论考试成绩高于对照组。与对照组相比，观察组对教学效果的评价优于对照组。调查问卷中，观察组在职业意愿和职业信念方面优于对照组。以上结果差异均有统计学意义(<i>P</i> &lt; 0.05)。结论：互动式教学方式有助于学生更好的学习《全科医学概论》，可以提高医学本科生对全科医学及从事全科医生岗位的兴趣。<br />
Objective: To explore the effect of interactive teaching in the course of <i>Introduction to General </i><i>Practice Medicine</i>. Methods: A total of 100 undergraduate students in general medicine from Changzhi Medical College in 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group, using a random number table method for teaching observation. The observation group adopts interactive teaching methods, while the control group adopts conventional teaching methods. The assessment scores, basic theories and knowledge mastery, as well as the career aspirations and beliefs of two groups of students were compared. Results: The theoretical exam scores of the observation group students in <i>Introduction to General </i><i>Practice </i><i>Me</i><i>d</i><i>icine</i> were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (<i>P</i> &lt; 0.05). Compared to the control group, the observation group students had a better evaluation of teaching effectiveness in the knowledge mastery questionnaire survey of Introduction to General Medicine (<i>P</i> &lt; 0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of career intention and belief, and the difference was statistically significant (<i>P</i> &lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Interactive teaching methods are helpful for students to learn <i>Introduction to General Practice Medicine</i> better, and can increase the interest of being a general practitioner.
