%X 课程开发即决定课程的过程以及其所依据的理论倾向，是当今世界教育领域研究的热点问题之一。斯滕豪斯和施瓦布的课程开发观念，是对传统课程开发观的扬弃，是20世纪以来对基础教育课程改革中课程理念创新的重要贡献。在其比较研究中，发现他们的观点有相似之处，但也有差异。<br />
Curriculum development, <i>i.e.</i> the process of determining the curriculum and the theoretical tendency on which it is based, is one of the hot issues of research in the field of education in the world today. Stenhouse’s and Schwab’s concept of curriculum development is a rejection of the traditional view of curriculum development and an important contribution to the innovation of curriculum concepts in the reform of basic education curriculum since the 20<sup>th</sup> century. In their comparative study, their views are found to have similarities but also differences.
