Curriculum development, i.e. the process of determining the curriculum and the theoretical tendency on which it is based, is one of the hot issues of research in the field of education in the world today. Stenhouse’s and Schwab’s concept of curriculum development is a rejection of the traditional view of curriculum development and an important contribution to the innovation of curriculum concepts in the reform of basic education curriculum since the 20th century.
