%X 近年来，在国家乡村振兴大战略下，普惠金融作为一种金融服务的创新模式，能够提供乡村振兴的金融服务支持，成为发展农业助力乡村振兴的重要手段，本文聚焦连云港市普惠金融对乡村振兴的助推作用，并立足于实现共同富裕的宏大背景进行深入研究。通过详实的数据分析和案例探讨，文章揭示了连云港在推进乡村振兴过程中所取得的积极成果及其面临的诸多挑战。研究发现，尽管农民收入有所提升、乡村基础设施得到改善，但乡村产业的薄弱、融资难等问题依旧凸显。本文从深化金融与农业融合、金融产品创新、大数据技术应用、农民金融素养提升及跨部门协同等角度，提出了促进连云港市乡村振兴和共同富裕实现的策略建议。本研究旨在为政策制定和实践操作提供理论支撑，推动普惠金融在乡村振兴中发挥更大作用。<br />
In recent years, under the national strategy of rural revitalization, inclusive finance, as an innovative model of financial services, has become an important means to provide financial support for rural revitalization and development agriculture. This paper focuses on the role of inclusive finance in promoting rural revitalization in Lianyungang City and conducts in-depth research based on the grand background of achieving common prosperity. Through detailed data analysis and case studies, the article reveals the positive achievements made by Lianyungang in advancing rural revitalization and the numerous challenges it faces. The study finds that although farmers’ income has increased and rural infrastructure has been improved, issues such as weak rural industries and financing difficulties remain prominent. This paper proposes strategic suggestions to promote rural revitalization and the realization of common prosperity in Lianyungang City from perspectives such as deepening the integration of finance and agriculture, innovating financial products, applying big data technology, enhancing farmers’ financial literacy, and strengthening cross-departmental collaboration. The aim of this research is to provide theoretical support for policy formulation and practical operations, promoting a greater role for inclusive finance in rural revitalization.
