%0 Journal Article %T Simple Formulas of <i>&#960;</i> in Terms of &#934; %A Angelo Pignatelli %J Journal of Applied Mathematics and Physics %P 1904-1918 %@ 2327-4379 %D 2024 %I Scientific Research Publishing %R 10.4236/jamp.2024.125117 %X The paper presents a novel exploration of <i>&#960;</i> through a re-calculation of formulas using Archimedes&#8217; algorithm, resulting in the identification of a general family equation and three new formulas involving the golden ratio &#934;, in the form of infinite nested square roots. Some related geometrical properties are shown, enhancing the link between the circle and the golden ratio.
