%X 本文以汽车踩踏板为例,利用Creo对踩踏板进行三维建模和简化处理,然后导入到HyperMesh软件中,进行自由约束下的模态分析,求出踩踏板的固有频率和振型,在常用工况下对其进行拓扑优化设计,确定踩踏板的最佳外形结构后进行强度校核,验证优化后模型的可靠性,最终在保证踩踏板满足强度要求的情况下,降低了45.38%的质量。
This paper takes automobile pedal stepping as an example, uses Creo to conduct 3D modeling and simplified processing of pedal stepping, and then introduces it into HyperMesh software for modal analysis under free constraints to find out the natural frequency and vibration mode of pedal stepping, carries out topological optimization design under common working conditions, and determines the best shape structure of pedal stepping and then carries out strength check. Verify the reliability of the optimized model, and finally reduce the mass of 45.38% while ensuring that the pedal meets the strength requirements.
