With the development of the economy, the nutritional and health status of the people has significantly improved, but nutrition related diseases and other problems still occur frequently. As a group meal enterprise that affects the consumption of a large group, the rationality of the diet plays a key role in the dietary habits and health status of the dining group. This article explores the application achievements of nutritional catering in group catering enterprise canteens through three aspects: specific work practices, core considerations in the application of nutritional catering, and significant achievements in the implementation of nutritional catering.
