%X 随着经济发展，国民营养健康状况明显改善，但营养相关疾病等问题仍然多发，作为影响大群体消费的团餐企业，膳食的合理与否对就餐群体的饮食习惯和健康状况起着关键的作用。本文通过营养配餐具体工作实践、营养配餐应用中的核心考量、营养配餐实施的显著成果等三方面，探究营养配餐在团餐企业食堂中的应用成果，使营养配餐工作的进一步深化和完善得到保障。<br />
With the development of the economy, the nutritional and health status of the people has significantly improved, but nutrition related diseases and other problems still occur frequently. As a group meal enterprise that affects the consumption of a large group, the rationality of the diet plays a key role in the dietary habits and health status of the dining group. This article explores the application achievements of nutritional catering in group catering enterprise canteens through three aspects: specific work practices, core considerations in the application of nutritional catering, and significant achievements in the implementation of nutritional catering. This ensures the further deepening and improvement of nutritional catering work.
