%X 痛风性肾病常被称作是尿酸性肾病，这也是因为人体嘌呤代谢紊乱下的结果，将伴随着人体的血清尿酸提升，在尿酸盐结晶沉淀下，导致患者的肾脏组织出现损害。笔者整理多年痛风性肾病的文献，在认识该病的基础上，从经典方、经验方、中医外治等方面做一综述。<br />
Gouty nephropathy, also known as uric acid nephropathy, is a disorder of purine metabolism in the human body that leads to elevated serum uric acid in the body, and the crystallization of urate in the kidney tissue causes kidney damage. Based on the understanding of gouty nephropathy, the author reviewed the literature about gouty nephropathy in recent years, and made a review from the aspects of classical prescriptions, empirical prescriptions and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
