Analysis of Consumer Rights Protection Issues in the Context of Digital Economy %A 韩栋源 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 2339-2348 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2024.132287 %X 由于数字经济发展迅速,相关领域立法无法及时更新来适应新形势,有关监管措施无法充分有效地落实。在立法层面,要进一步对经营者信息披露制度、各部门职权分配以及消费者个人信息保护等方面进行完善与细化。在监管层面,积极探寻新型监管模式,建立各监管部门协同机制,并对微额损害最低赔偿以及惩罚性赔偿制度进行完善。在消费者维权方面,进一步减少消费者维权成本并健全维权公益诉讼制度。从而进一步在数字经济背景下保障消费者权益,促进数字经济健康发展。
Due to the rapid development of digital economy, the relevant legislation cannot be updated in time to adapt to the new situation, and the relevant regulatory measures cannot be fully and effectively implemented. At the legislative level, we should further improve and refine the information disclosure system of operators, the distribution of authority among departments and the protection of consumer personal information. At the regulatory level, we should actively explore new regulatory models, establish a coordination mechanism among regulatory departments, and improve the system of minimum compensation for micro-damages and punitive damages. In terms of consumer rights protection, we will further reduce the cost of consumer rights protection and improve the public interest litigation system for rights protection, so as to further protect consumers’ rights and interests under the background of digital economy and promote the healthy development of digital economy. %K 数字经济,消费者权益,行政监管
