%X 儿童用药安全问题成为一个世界性的难题，是各个国家的共性问题。我国儿童数量占比大，用药需求量大。儿童用药关乎治疗效果，并且直接或者间接影响患儿的身体健康。但目前市场上儿童用药剂型少，种类少，临床超说明书用药现象广泛存在，药品研发也受到各种的因素的影响，间接导致儿童药物使用的高不良反应和药物滥用等问题。通过对现状和影响因素的分析，了解儿童用药的进展情况。<br />
The problem of children’s medication safety has become a worldwide problem and a common problem in all countries. The number of children in China accounts for a large proportion, and the demand for drugs is large. Children’s medication is related to the therapeutic effect, and directly or indirectly affects the health of children. However, at present, there are few dosage forms and types of drugs used by children in the market, and the phenomenon of clinical over-instruction drugs is widespread. Drug research and development is also affected by various factors, which indirectly leads to high adverse reactions and drug abuse in children. Through the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors, we can understand the progress of children’s medication.
