%X 推动经济高质量发展是国家在面对新形式下提出的新的经济发展首要任务，随着经济的发展，电子商务以“便捷、高速”的优势迅速占领头筹，从生产与消费的角度来看，电子商务的出现促进了消费者们进一步消费，消费者的消费推动了电子商务范围、空间的拓展，由数字银行到网络营销。在此过程中，数字经济与实体经济以竞争者的身份相互驳斥，经济发展出现两极分化的趋势。实体经济是就业之本，必须巩固发展实体经济，稳住国民经济，推动就业发展，在新形势下，要将实体经济与数字经济有效结合，促进生产消费新发展。<br />
Promoting high-quality economic development is the primary task of the country’s new economic development in the face of new forms. With the development of economy, e-commerce quickly occupies the first place with the advantages of “convenience and high speed”. From the perspective of production and consumption, the emergence of e-commerce promotes consumers to further consume, and consumer consumption promotes the expansion of the scope and space of e-commerce, from digital banking to online marketing. In this process, the digital economy and the real economy refute each other as competitors, and the trend of economic development is polarized. The real economy is the foundation of employment. We must consolidate the development of the real economy, stabilize the national economy, and promote employment. Under the new circumstances, we must effectively integrate the real economy with the digital economy to promote new development of production and consumption.
