%X 产业振兴是乡村全面振兴的重中之重。2024年中央一号文件提出要把农业建成现代化大产业，实施农村电商高质量发展工程。近年来，农村电商的发展得到了国家政策的大力支持，显现出蓬勃的发展生机，持续为乡村的全面振兴发力。在促进就业、产业振兴、提升居民生活质量等方面取得了不少的成就，但是也面临着如“数字鸿沟”、电商人才稀缺、农村市场消费动力不足等问题。2023年社会工作部的成立意味着社会工作在社会治理、乡村振兴方面有了更广阔的空间。社会工作所具有的专业能力，如政策倡导、资源链接的作用，其潜力和贡献是巨大的，社会工作助力农村电商发展大有可为。因此，本文通过阐述当前我国发展农村电商的意义、发展现状，包括取得的成就与面临的困境，提出在乡村振兴背景下，社会工作如何助力农村电商高质量的可持续发展，带领农村居民脱贫致富。<br />
Industrial revitalization is the top priority for the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside. 2024 The No.1 document of the central government proposes to build agriculture into a modernized big industry and implement the project of high-quality development of rural e-commerce. In recent years, the development of rural e-commerce has been strongly supported by national policies, showing majestic vitality and continuing to make efforts for the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside. It has made a lot of achievements in promoting employment, industrial revitalization, and improving the quality of life of residents, but also faces problems such as the “digital divide”, the scarcity of e-commerce talents, and the lack of consumption power in the rural market, etc. The establishment of the Ministry of Social Work in 2023 means that there is a broader space for social work in social governance and rural revitalization. The potential and contribution of the professional capacity that social work has, such as the role of policy advocacy and resource linkage, is enormous, and there is great potential for social work to help rural e-commerce development. Therefore, this paper, by elaborating the significance of the current development of rural e-commerce in China, the current status of development, including the achievements and dilemmas faced, puts forward how social work can help rural e-commerce develop in a high-quality and sustainable manner in the context of rural revitalization, and lead the rural residents out of poverty and into prosperity.
