%X 乡村文化振兴离不开高质量的农村公共文化服务的建设。本文参考了SERVQUAL模型和SERVPERF模型，在模型原有的有形性、响应性、保证性、移情性和可靠性五维度的基础上增加了便利性维度，构建了重庆农村公共文化服务质量评价体系，并对重庆农村公共文化服务质量进行了测评，发现六个评价维度按照得分由低到高排序为：可靠性、有形性、响应性、保证性、便利性和移情性。最后根据评价结果提出了相应的对策，以期为提升农村公共文化服务质量提供有益的启发。<br />
Rural cultural revitalization is inseparable from the construction of high-quality rural public cultural services. This paper refers to the SERVQUAL model and SERVPERF model. Based on the original five dimensions of tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and reliability of the model, the convenience dimension is added to construct the evaluation system of Chongqing rural public cultural service quality. Then the quality of Chongqing rural public cultural service is assessed. And this paper finds that the six evaluation dimensions are ranked from low to high in terms of scores: reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, convenience and empathy. And finally according to the evaluation results, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality of the rural public cultural services, so as to provide beneficial inspiration to improve the rural public cultural service quality.
