%X 在严峻的新冠疫情这一大环境下，由于各地不同的交通管制措施，传统的诉讼模式满足不了人们的需求，在线诉讼模式脱颖而出。相比于传统的线下诉讼的模式，在线诉讼具有便利、提高司法效率、诉讼公开透明的特点，不仅大大节约了司法资源，同时有助于维护公平正义。但不可否认的是，在线诉讼的诸多优点得到广泛认可的同时也存在着诸多问题亟待解决。人民群众日益增长的对在线诉讼技术水平的期待，各级人民法院在线诉讼需更加着力于构建证据保全系统，探索利用更先进的科学技术，调整传统证据制度，逐步缩小线上、线下诉讼效果上的差异。<br />
In the severe environment of the new corona virus epidemic, due to different traffic control measures in different places, the traditional litigation model cannot meet people’s needs, and the online litigation model stands out. Compared with the traditional offline litigation mode, online litigation is convenient, improves judicial efficiency, and is open and transparent, which not only greatly saves judicial resources, but also helps maintain fairness and justice. However, it is undeniable that while many advantages of online litigation are widely recognized, it also has many problems to solve. In response to people’s growing expectations about the level of online litigation technology, people’s courts at all levels should focus more on building evidence preservation systems, exploring the use of more advanced science and technology, adjusting traditional evidence systems, and gradually narrowing the difference between the effects of online and offline litigation.
