%X 数字劳动已成当前就业重要形式。在数字资本主义时代背景下，数字劳动并没有摆脱被异化的命运。文章首先对数字劳动相关观念的产生与发展进行梳理，总结出国内外学者对数字劳动的研究方法与结果；进而从马克思异化劳动理论出发，将传统劳动异化与数字劳动异化进行科学对比，揭示出数字资本主义时代劳动异化程度的大大加深；最后，积极探索破解数字劳动异化的可行路径，为推动数字经济健康发展贡献中国智慧。<br />
Digital labor has become an important form of employment at present, and in the context of digital capitalism, digital labor has not escaped the fate of alienation. The article first sorts out the emergence and development of concepts related to digital labor, summarizes the research methods and results of scholars at home and abroad on digital labor; furthermore, starting from Marx’s theory of alienated labor, a scientific comparison is made between traditional labor alienation and digital labor alienation, revealing the significant deepening of labor alienation in the era of digital capitalism; finally, actively explore feasible paths to crack the alienation of digital labor and contribute Chinese wisdom to promoting the healthy development of the digital economy.
