%X 溃疡性结肠炎是一种终身复发性的肠道器质性疾病，附子理中汤治疗此病具有独特优势。药理学研究表明附子理中汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的机制包括抑制炎症因子的产生及调控相关细胞信号通路、改善肠道免疫环境、调节肠道菌群、保护肠黏膜屏障功能等。现代临床应用表明，除附子理中汤原方外，其加减方也可用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎，并常与其他中药复方、西药、中医特色疗法等联合应用，临床疗效佳。本文就附子理中汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的病机探讨、基础研究进展及临床应用进行系统综述。<br />
Ulcerative colitis is a lifelong recurrent organic disease of the intestine, and the Fuzi Lizhong Decoction has unique advantages in treating this disease. Pharmacological studies have shown that mechanisms involved in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with the Fuzi Lizhong Decoction include inhibiting production of inflammatory factors and regulating relevant cell signaling pathways, improving the intestinal immune environment, regulating intestinal flora, protecting the barrier function of the intestinal mucosa, etc. Modern clinical applications have shown that in addition to the original formula of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction, its addition and subtraction formula can also be used to treat ulcerative colitis, and often combined with other Chinese medicine compounds, western medicine, Chinese medicine specialty therapy, etc., and has good clinical efficacy. This article provides a systematic review of the pathogenesis, basic research progress and clinical application of the treatment of ulcerative colitis with the Fuzi Lizhong Decoction.
