%X 随着世界经济的快速发展，贸易全球化以及司法资源有限的压力导致作为多元化纠纷解决机制的仲裁制度愈发重要。在党和国家重视发展与创新仲裁制度的背景下，本文通过剖析中国仲裁制度发展现状及面临的核心问题，从明确仲裁机构法律地位、完善监督方式和仲裁员遴选机制、数字仲裁等角度进行对策研究，以期完善中国仲裁制度。<br />
With the rapid development of the world economy, trade globalization and the pressure of limited judicial resources, arbitration system as a diversified dispute resolution mechanism has become increasingly important. Under the background that the Party and the State attach importance to the development and innovation of the arbitration system, this paper analyzes the development status of China’s arbitration system and the core problems it faces, and researches countermeasures from the perspectives of clarifying the legal status of arbitration institutions, improving supervision methods and arbitrator selection mechanism, and digital arbitration, so as to improve China’s arbitration system.
