This paper compiles a set of pithy formulas for the basic courses of mechanics in colleges and universities, such as Theoretical Mechanics, Mechanics of Materials and Engineering Mechanics, and analyzes the specific meaning of the pithy formulas, and discusses the teaching strategies of the pithy formulas from the four levels of compilation, teaching, understanding and application of the formula, so as to provide reference for teachers and students.
