%X 基层治理是国家治理的基石，社区是城市基层治理的“最后一公里”，社区治理研究是基层治理体系研究的重要构成。居民参与作为社区治理的基础，不仅有利于保证社区自治的推动，更有助于社区资源的整合，保障基层治理的可持续发展。基于社会资本理论视角，以成都市T社区为研究对象，通过从居民信任、互惠规范、社会网络三方面来探究居民参与社区治理的现状及其存在问题，从社会工作专业角度出发，增强社会信任关系，激发社区治理内生力、以组织培育为抓手，推动居民参与规范化、明确主体关系与责任，构建社区治理网络，不断激发居民参与社区治理积极性，从而推动社区治理发展。<br />
Grassroots governance is the cornerstone of national governance, community is the “last mile” of urban grassroots governance, and community governance research is an important component of grassroots governance system research. As the basis of community governance, residents’ participation is not only conducive to the promotion of community autonomy, but also conducive to the integration of community resources and the sustainable development of grassroots governance. Based on the theoretical perspective of social capital and taking Y community in Chengdu as the research object, this paper explores the current situation and existing problems of residents’ participation in community governance from the perspectives of residents’ trust, reciprocity norms and social networks. From the perspective of social work, this paper aims to enhance the social trust relationship, stimulate the endogenous force of community governance, and focus on organization cultivation. Promote the standardization of residents’ participation, clarify the subject relationship and responsibility, build a community governance network, and constantly stimulate the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community governance, so as to promote the development of community governance.
