%X 本文以《民法典》为法律基础，聚焦于网络平台信息内容的自我规制。研究通过系统解读法规，深入剖析了《民法典》对网络平台审核机制、违规信息处理和用户权益保护的明确规定。结果显示，该法为网络平台提供了明确的法律支持，具体规定了其法定义务和责任。通过案例分析和国际法规比较，本文突显了《民法典》在引领网络平台信息内容自我规制方面的独特性。研究意义在于填补了法学领域对《民法典》在网络平台自我规制方面的研究空白，为相关法规完善和网络平台优化自我规制提供了理论和实践支持，促进了我国网络平台信息内容更有效、健康的自我规制。 <br />
Based on the Civil Code, this paper focuses on the self-regulation of the information content of the network platform. Through the systematic interpretation of laws and regulations, the clear provisions of the Civil Code on the audit mechanism of online platforms, the processing of illegal information and the protection of users’ rights and interests are deeply analyzed. The results show that the law provides clear legal support for online platforms, specifically stipulating their legal obligations and responsibilities. Through case analysis and comparison of international regulations, this paper highlights the uniqueness of the Civil Code in leading the self-regulation of information content on network platforms. The significance of the research lies in filling the research gap of the Civil Code on the network platform self-regulation in the field of law, providing theoretical and practical support for the improvement of relevant regulations and the optimization of the self- regulation of the network platform, and promoting the more effective and healthy self-regulation of the information content of China's network platform.
