%X 玫瑰精油享有“液体黄金”之称，不仅有益于活血散瘀、皮肤保湿、抗氧化、抗菌、抗衰老、通便利尿、安眠等，还常用于优质化妆品、药品以及食品添加剂，在食品保健、医药、食品添加剂和化妆品领域中具有很高的研究和应用价值。本文综述了玫瑰精油的提取及应用研究，为玫瑰精油后续开发提供理论参考。<br />
Rose essential oil is known as “liquid gold”, which is not only beneficial for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, moisturizing the skin, antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-aging, facilitating urination, and sleeping, but also commonly used in high-quality cosmetics, drugs, and food additives. It has high research and application value in the fields of food health, medicine, food additives, and cosmetics. This article reviews the extraction and application research of rose essential oil, providing theoretical references for the subsequent development of rose essential oil.
