%X 慢性支气管炎是呼吸系统常见疾病之一，且易反复发作，对患者的生活质量产生严重影响。临床上西医干预治疗，虽效果显著，但其不良反应较多，中医干预治疗主要采用中药、穴位贴敷、针刺等及联合治疗方法减轻慢性支气管炎的临床症状。本文对近年来中西医治疗慢性支气管炎的方法进行综述总结，为临床治疗慢性支气管炎提供临床参考，以期寻求最佳治疗方法。<br />
Chronic bronchitis is one of the common diseases of the respiratory system, and it is prone to recurrent attacks, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Although the clinical intervention treatment of western medicine has remarkable effect, it has many adverse reactions. TCM intervention treatment mainly adopts traditional Chinese medicine, acupoint application, acupuncture and combined treatment to reduce the clinical symptoms of chronic bronchitis. This paper summarizes the methods of chronic bronchitis with traditional Chinese and western medicine in recent years to provide clinical reference for clinical treatment of chronic bronchitis in order to seek the best treatment method.
