%X 针对医学教学与临床脱节局面,高职院校采取医教协同培养模式强化实践教学,能够帮助学生积累丰富临床经验,促进学生全面发展。基于此,本研究对医教协同背景下高职医学人才培养面临的现实难题展开深入分析,从人才培养结构优化角度出发,明确人才培养方向,组织开展多维人才培养活动,并通过完善临床实践机制和培养学生综合能力全面提升高职医学人才培养水平,为推动国家医学事业发展提供有力支撑。
In view of the disconnection between medical teaching and clinical practice, higher vocational collaborative training mode of medical education can strengthen practical teaching, help students accumulate rich clinical experience, and promote students’ all-round development. Based on this, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the practical problems faced by the cultivation of higher vocational medical talents in the context of medical and educational collaboration, clarifies the direction of talent training from the perspective of talent training structure optimization, organizes and carries out multi-dimensional talent training activities, and comprehensively improves the level of higher vocational medical talent training by improving the clinical practice mechanism and cultivating students’ comprehensive ability, so as to provide strong support for promoting the development of national medical industry.
