This article systematically analyzes the internal and external stressors faced by kindergarten teachers from the perspective of human resource management, including policies and regulations, social expectations, kindergarten management, teaching tasks, personal development, and interpersonal relationships. It also studies the impact of stressors on the physical and mental health of teachers, job satisfaction, and overall operation of kindergartens. On this basis, the paper proposes a series of multidimensional mitigation strategies, covering institutional reform, organizational culture construction, and individual support measures, and demonstrates their effectiveness through examples. This study has important theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving the management methods of kindergarten teachers, enhancing the quality of preschool education, and promoting the development of preschool education. %K 幼儿园教师,工作压力源,策略研究
