Dilemma and Way Out: Research on the Dilemma of Social Work Intervention in Returning Migrant Workers under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Taking S Village in Liuzhou City as an Example %A 谢丽华 %A 熊顺聪 %J Modern Management %P 856-863 %@ 2160-732X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/mm.2024.145097 %X 本研究聚焦于中国农民工返乡就业现象及其社会适应问题,特别是在党的二十大报告提出“全面推进乡村振兴”背景下的情境。研究指出,随着农民工人数的增加,他们返乡后面临的社会适应问题变得尤为显著,包括经济收入不稳定、缺乏社会支持、子女教育困难以及生活娱乐活动单一等。通过柳州市S村的案例分析,本文深入探讨了返乡农民工在社会适应过程中遇到的主要困境,并基于优势视角提出了针对性的社会工作介入策略,如改善经济问题、增强社会支持网络、提升子女教育质量、丰富文化生活等,旨在促进返乡农民工的社会适应,进一步推动乡村振兴。研究强调了社会工作在促进农民工社会适应与乡村振兴中的重要作用,提供了实际操作的建议,对农村社会工作实践有着重要的指导意义。
This study focuses on the phenomenon of Chinese migrant workers returning to their hometown for employment and their social adaptation, especially in the context of “comprehensively promoting rural revitalization” proposed in the party’s 20th report. According to the study, with the increase of the number of migrant workers, the social adaptation problems they face after their hometown become particularly significant, including unstable economic income, lack of social support, children’s education difficulties and single life and entertainment activities. Liuzhou S village case analysis, this paper discusses the returning migrant workers in the process of social adaptation of the main dilemma, and based on the advantages of targeted social work intervention strategy, such as improving economic problems, strengthen social support network, improve the quality of children’s education, rich cultural life, aims to promote the social return of migrant workers to adapt, further promote rural revitalization. The study emphasizes the important role of social work in promoting the social adaptation of migrant workers and rural revitalization, and provides practical suggestions, which has important guiding significance for the practice of rural social work. %K 返乡农民工,社会适应困境,社会工作介入,优势视角
