%X 旴江医学是我国古代地方医学的重要流派之一，在中国医学史上占有重要地位。旴江医派中医哲学思想体系构建深受中华传统文化道释儒哲学思想的影响深远，其中道家哲学以“道法自然”为理论基石，释家哲学以“万法唯心”为基本思想，儒家哲学以“仁义”为核心理念，伴随佛学的中国化形成禅宗，促使道释儒不断融合实现“三教合一”，推动了道释儒哲学思想对旴江流域的旴江医家学术思想的渗透影响，构建形成了旴江医派“道学为体、释学为用、儒学为魂”的中医哲学思想体系。<br />
As one of the important local medical schools, Xujiang Medicine plays a crucial role in the history of Chinese medicine. The construction of its philosophical ideological system is deeply influenced by the traditional Chinese philosophy of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism. Among them, the Taoist philosophy takes “follow nature’s course” as its theoretical cornerstone, the Buddhist philosophy takes “cultivate one’s mind” as its basic thought, and the Confucian philosophy takes “uphold benevolence and justice” as its core concept. The formation of Zen Buddhism along with the Chineseisation of Buddhism prompted the continuous integration of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism to realise the “unity of the three religions”, which promoted the penetration and influence of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism on the academic thinking of the medical practitioners in the dawn river basin of the dawn river, and led to the formation of a philosophical system of Chinese medicine in the dawn river school of medicine, with “Taoism as the body, Buddhism as the use, and Confucianism as the soul”. The philosophical thought system of Chinese medicine was formed.
