%X 利巴韦林是一种效果良好的广谱抗病毒核苷类药物，同时也存在安全性问题。在兽药中非法加入利巴韦林的情况频频发生，导致畜禽产品安全质量受到影响。而当人类摄入利巴韦林残留的畜禽产品时会严重危害人体的健康。本文总结当前的利巴韦林的检测方法，对利巴韦林常用的分析方法如高效液相色谱法，液相色谱–串联质谱法、毛细管电泳法、紫外分光光度法和旋光法等进行深入阐述，并展望未来新型检测方法的发展方向。<br />
Ribavirin is kind of antiviral nucleoside drug with good effect but it has safety concern. However, the illegal addition of ribavirin to veterinary drugs frequently occurs, which affects the safety and quality of livestock and poultry products. And when humans ingest these livestock and poultry products that contain ribavirin residues, they will seriously endanger human health. We summarized the nowadays test methods of ribavirin. The commonly used detection methods of ribavirin, such as high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS), Capillary Electrophoresis, Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry and Optical rotation are described. We also explain the development direction of new methodology for coming future.
