A Survey on the Current Situation of Parents’ and Teachers’ Conception of Preschool Readiness from the Perspective of Home-Based Co-Parenting %A 黄昕瑞 %A 刘新宇 %A 马文于祯 %J Vocational Education %P 634-640 %@ 2160-4401 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ve.2024.133103 %X 准备进入学校的学龄前儿童的适应能力培养是幼小衔接的一个关键议题,儿童入学准备的状态和水平很大程度上受到教师和家长对该问题认识的影响,本研究从对儿童入学准备观念的态度、内容及影响儿童入学准备状态因素三方面进行分析,探究幼儿园家长与教师观念上存在的差异,为形成入学准备教育合力寻找突破口。结果显示:双方缺乏高效的交流途径,且缺乏共建合作平台的意识;家长重视技能准备,轻视社会领域的准备;教师与家长观念与行为均存在割裂现象。
The cultivation of adaptability among preschool children preparing to enter school is a key issue in the transition from early childhood to primary school. The state and level of children’s school readiness are largely influenced by the understanding of teachers and parents on this issue. This study analyzes the attitudes, contents and factors affecting children’s school readiness from three aspects, explores the differences between kindergarten parents’ and teachers’ attitudes, and seeks a breakthrough for forming joint efforts in school readiness education. The results show that the two sides lack efficient communication channels and the consciousness of building cooperation platforms; Parents attach importance to the preparation of skills, but neglect the preparation of social fields; Both teachers’ and parents’ ideas and behaviors are disjointed. %K 家园共育,幼儿家长,幼儿园教师,入学准备,观念
