%X 哺乳期乳腺炎是哺乳期妇女常见多发的乳房疾病，主要侵袭乳腺腺体组织，严重影响患者身心健康及母乳喂养质量，近年来发病率呈上升趋势。目前，中医治疗以口服中药、针灸治疗、火针疗法等为主，西医以口服抗生素、切开引流术、穿刺抽脓术等为主，治疗方式多样，故对就近年中西医对哺乳期乳腺炎的病因病机和治疗进行总结，为今后哺乳期乳腺炎诊治提供理论参考依据。<br />
Lactational mastitis is a common and frequent breast disease among breastfeeding women, mainly attacking the breast glandular tissue, seriously affecting the physical and mental health of patients and the quality of breastfeeding, and the incidence rate has been on the rise in recent years. At present, Chinese medicine treatment is mainly based on oral Chinese medicine, acupuncture and fire-needle therapy, and Western medicine is mainly based on oral antibiotics, incision and drainage, puncture and pus extraction, etc. Therefore, we summarize the etiology and treatment of lactational mastitis by Chinese and Western medicine in order to provide a theoretical reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lactational mastitis in the future.
