%X 炎症与呼吸系统疾病密切相关。全身免疫炎症指数(Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index, SII)是一种新型的综合性炎症指标，基于血小板、中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞的计数，能较为全面地反映机体的免疫炎症状态，且该指标为非侵入性、易获取、成本低，在恶性肿瘤及炎症相关性疾病的预后方面具有可靠的参考价值。本文就SII在呼吸系统疾病发生发展预测价值的最新进展予以综述。<br />
Inflammation is closely related to respiratory diseases. Systemic immune inflammation index (SII) is a new type of comprehensive inflammatory index, which can comprehensively reflect the immune inflammatory state of the body based on the count of platelets, neutrophils and lymphocytes, and it is non-invasive, easy to obtain and low cost. It has reliable reference value in the prognosis of malignant tumors and inflammation-related diseases. This article reviews the latest progress in the predictive value of SII in the occurrence and development of respiratory diseases.
