The Exploration and Practice of Personnel Training of Public Affairs Management Specialty in Science and Engineering Universities under the New Liberal Arts Field of Vision %A 许敏 %A 张莉 %J Advances in Education %P 80-87 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ae.2024.145659 %X 新文科建设勃兴于新时代,是对传统文科的革故鼎新,同时也是中国开创新时代高等文科教育创新发展之路的必然选择。随着社会的发展进步,对于高素质公共事业管理人才的需求越来越大,高校应主动适应社会发展趋势,以前瞻性的眼光进行人才培养体系的建设,注重学生的实践能力和操作能力的培养,重视学生的特长培养和创新能力培养,争取更多社会紧需型人才的输出。新文科理念的提出对公共事业管理人才的培养也提出了更高的要求,本文将华中科技大学、华东理工大学和上海理工大学三所高校的公共事业管理专业的人才培养方案进行比较分析,总结当前理工类高校在新文科建设以及复合型人才培养上的规律性做法,以此为同类理工科高校在办好公共事业管理专业上提供值得借鉴的教学与改革经验。
The construction of new liberal arts in the new era, is the reform of traditional liberal arts, but also an inevitable choice of China to create a new era of higher liberal arts education innovation and development. With the development of society and the increasing demand for high-quality public administration personnel, colleges and universities should take the initiative to adapt to the trend of social development and construct the personnel training system with a forward-looking perspective, we should attach importance to the training of students’ practical ability and operation ability, to the training of students’ special ability and innovation ability, and to the output of more talents needed by the society. The new concept of liberal arts put forward higher requirements for the training of public affairs administration personnel, in this paper, we will compare and analyze the training programs of public affairs administration majors in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, East China University of Science and Technology and University of Shanghai for Science and Technology Universities, this paper sums up the regular practices of the construction of new liberal arts and the cultivation of compound talents in the universities of science and engineering, and provides the teaching and reform experience for the similar universities of science and engineering in running the major of public affairs management. %K 公共事业管理,新文科,复合型人才
