Spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA) is an autosomal dominant genetic disease, which is mainly characterized by progressive balance and coordination disorders, often manifested as gait ataxia, movement disorders and dysarthria, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and increases their psychological and economic burden. In recent years, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) has been used to treat SCA, and this article reviews the research progress of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of spinocerebellar ataxia, in order to improve the understanding of new treatment modalities for spinocerebellar ataxia. %K 脊髓小脑共济失调,重复经颅磁刺激,治疗
