The ultimate goal of national first-class undergraduate program construction is to achieve high-quality talent cultivation. Cultivation is fundamental to the construction of first-class programs. With the continuous development of medical program construction, the importance of the mechanism of integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum is increasingly highlighted in talent cultivation. This paper takes the guidance of the national first-class program construction in clinical medicine at our university as a reference, exploring the construction of the mechanism of integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum from aspects such as top-level design, educational objectives, curriculum development, teacher training, and evaluation system. Through the establishment of a multi-dimensional teaching quality management system, including top-down management, comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality, process monitoring and evaluation, and talent cultivation quality evaluation, an effective work mechanism is established to provide organizational support for the operation of the mechanism of integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum. This provides theoretical references for promoting first-class program construction and talent cultivation at the university. %K 课程思政,医学教育,专业建设
