%X 中国政府承诺在2030年前实现碳排放峰值,2060年前实现碳中和,并提出了双碳行动顶层设计。关键工程包括提高能源效率、产业升级、能源脱碳和能源消费电气化。采用数学模型分析这些工程对碳排放的影响,并建立了碳排放与经济、人口、能源消费之间的关系模型。根据Kaya模型,制定了达成碳中和目标的路径,并探讨了实现这些目标所面临的挑战。
The Chinese Government has committed itself to achieving peak carbon emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060, and has proposed a top-level design for dual-carbon action. Key works include energy efficiency improvement, industrial upgrading, energy decarbonization and electrification of energy consumption. Mathematical models were used to analyze the impact of these works on carbon emissions, and the relationship between carbon emissions and economy, population and energy consumption was modeled. Based on the Kaya model, pathways to reach carbon neutrality targets are formulated, and challenges to achieving these targets are explored.
