%X 盖尔森基兴诺卡菌(<i>Nocardia</i><i> </i><i>cyriacigeorgica</i>)感染是一种临床患者中相对罕见的肺诺卡菌病。一般来说，诺卡菌病多发生于免疫缺陷患者中。本文报道了一名16岁免疫功能正常的男性患者，因间断胸痛半月，咳嗽咳痰8天入院，通过支气管肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, BALF)送检宏基因组二代测序(metagenomics Next-Generation Sequencing, mNGS)鉴定出盖尔森基兴诺卡菌感染，采用口服复方磺胺甲噁唑片联用利奈唑胺片控制感染的病例，进一步提高临床对该病的认识。<br />
Infection with <i>Nocardia</i><i> </i><i>cyriacigeorgica</i> is a relatively rare pulmonary disease in clinical patients. Generally speaking, Nocardia is more common in immunocompromised patients. This article reports a 16-year-old male patient with normal immune function who was admitted to the hospital due to intermittent chest pain for half a month and coughing and sputum for 8 days. Through metagenomic Next-Generation Sequencing of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, <i>Nocardia</i><i> </i><i>cyriacigeorgica</i> infection was identified. The infection was controlled using oral TMP-SMX combined with linezolid tablets, further enhancing clinical awareness of the disease.
