%X 全球范围内,乳腺癌是发病率最高的女性恶性肿瘤。骨转移是乳腺癌患者最常见的并发症之一,约占所有转移性乳腺癌患者的65%至75%,而且出现骨转移会极大地影响乳腺癌患者生存质量及预后。所以寻找有效的方法诊断乳腺癌的骨转移,做到尽早干预、治疗,对于提高患者生存质量意义非凡。肿瘤标志物已成为乳腺癌治疗和监测的重要手段,但目前尚缺乏特异性标志物用于乳腺癌骨转移的早期诊断、疗效评估和预后判断等。本文主要从几项与乳腺癌骨转移诊断相关的生物标志物的最新研究进展进行阐述,以期为临床诊治提供参考。
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women worldwide. Bone metastasis is one of the most common complications in breast cancer patients, accounting for about 65% to 75% of all metastatic breast cancer patients, and the occurrence of bone metastasis will greatly affect the quality of life and prognosis of breast cancer patients. Therefore, it is of great significance to find an effective method to diagnose bone metastasis of breast cancer and to intervene and treat it as soon as possible to improve the quality of life of patients. Tumor markers have become an important means of treatment and monitoring of breast cancer, but there is still a lack of specific markers for early diagnosis, efficacy evaluation and prognosis of bone metastasis of breast cancer. This article mainly reviews the latest research progress of several biomarkers related to the diagnosis of bone metastasis of breast cancer, in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
