%X 我国人口老龄化日益严重，骨质疏松发病率与年龄呈正相关关系，已经成为我国当前面临的重要公共卫生问题。该文重点就老龄化背景下骨质疏松健康管理发展定义、模式等内容予以阐述，以期为推动我国骨质疏松患者健康管理发展提供参考。<br />
The aging of the population in China is becoming increasingly serious, and the positive relationship between the incidence of osteoporosis and age has become an important public health problem in China. This paper focuses on the definition and mode of the development of the osteoporosis health management under the background of aging, in order to provide reference for promoting the development of the health management of the osteoporosis patients in China.
