%X 股东表决权与股东个人利益具有紧密的联系，然而在行使表决权成本高但意见被采纳的概率低、投票黑幕现象严重、股东会议形骸化的现状下，中小股东的表决权被普遍虚置。因此，将区块链技术运用于股东表决规则的建构中，相较于其他的表决方式，区块链投票拥有去中心化、信息公开透明、不易篡改等的特点，能够在降低中小股东表决成本的同时，提高表决的效率保障表决结果的公开透明与完整真实，以此激励中小股东维护自身合法权益、参与公司治理的积极性。<br />
There is a close relationship between shareholders’ voting rights and their personal interests. Under the current situation of high cost of exercising voting rights but low probability of adopting opinions, serious voting shady phenomenon and the skeleton of shareholders’ meetings, the voting rights of minority shareholders are generally ignored. Therefore, the blockchain technology is applied to the construction of shareholder voting rules. Compared with other voting methods, blockchain voting has the characteristics of decentralization, information transparency and not easy to tamper. It can reduce the voting cost of minority shareholders, improve the efficiency of voting and ensure the openness, transparency, integrity and authenticity of voting results, so as to encourage minority shareholders to safeguard their own rights and interests and participate in corporate governance.
