%X 未成年人是国家的未来，民族的希望，对当下愈演愈烈的未成年人犯罪现象进行遏制是我们的必然选择。在我国，未成年人犯罪呈上升趋势的今天，怎样才能减少并防止未成年人犯罪，已成为法学领域亟待解决的课题。未成年人群体能否健康成长，社会能否持续和谐稳定。我国法律法规中对未成年人的犯罪惩罚相对成年人犯罪力度来说，在很大程度上对未成年人进行了保护，因为未成年人阶段心智还不够成熟，价值观也不稳定，是一个需要正确引导的阶段，与家庭和生长环境等有着至关重要的联系，对于保护未成年人，完善未成年人犯罪的法律法规，需要长期的关注与探讨。<br />
Minors are the future of the country, the hope of the nation, to curb the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is our inevitable choice. In China, where juvenile delinquency is on the rise, how to reduce and prevent juvenile delinquency has become an urgent topic in the field of jurisprudence. Whether the minors group can grow up healthily, whether the society can continue to be harmonious and stable. China’s laws and regulations on minors’ crime punishment relative to the strength of adult crime, to a large extent, the protection of minors, because the minor stage of the mind is not mature enough, the value is not stable, is a need to guide the correct stage, with the family and the growth of the environment and so on has a vital link, for the protection of minors, improve the laws and regulations of juvenile delinquency, need long-term It requires long-term attention and discussion to protect minors and improve the laws and regulations on juvenile delinquency.
