%X 针对目前产教融合中存在的主要问题，分析了广东省特色产教融合长效机制建设的必要性，在全面分析广东省本科高校产教现状的基础上，提出了广东省特色产教融合长效机制建设的方案和实施路径；依托广东省现代产业学院(机器人)的建设实践，开展了广东省特色产教融合改革的长效机制探索，同时检验了新型产教融合人才培养机制和培养路径的有效性。<br />
In response to the main problems in the current integration of industry and education, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing a long-term mechanism for the integration of industry and education with distinctive characteristics in Guangdong Province. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of industry and education in undergraduate universities in Guangdong Province, a plan and implementation path for the construction of a long-term mechanism for the integration of industry and education with distinctive characteristics in Guangdong Province are proposed; Based on the construction practice of Guangdong Modern Industry College (Robotics), a constructive exploration of Guangdong Province’s characteristic industry education integration reform has been carried out, and the effectiveness of the new industry education integration talent training mechanism and path has been tested.
