%X 胃肠道功能障碍是脓毒症常见并发症，可引发或加重其他器官功能损害，导致多器官功能障碍，从而增加危重患者治疗难度及死亡风险。本文通过查阅近年来中医治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍相关文献，总结治疗经验，为临床研究和诊治提供一定的参考。<br />
Gastrointestinal dysfunction is a common complication of sepsis, which can cause or aggravate other organ dysfunction, resulting in multiple organ dysfunctions, thus increasing the difficulty of treatment and the risk of death in critically ill patients. In this paper, we reviewed the related literature on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis in recent years, and summarized the treatment experiences to provide references for clinical research, diagnosis, and treatment.
