%X 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, COPD)是一种以持续性呼吸道症状和气流受限为特征的疾病，致死率和致残率极高，给患者家庭和社会带来了沉重的经济负担。现对中外学者近年来对AECOPD的临床研究和观察进行总结分析，寻求对AECOPD患者最为常见理想的治疗思路。<br />
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a kind of disease characterized by persistent respiratory symptoms and airflow limitation. It has high mortality and disability rate, and brings heavy economic burden to patients’ families and society. This article summarizes and analyzes the clinical research and observation of AECOPD by Chinese and foreign scholars in recent years, and seeks the most common and ideal treatment ideas for AECOPD patients.
