%X 教育数字化转型已成为数字时代我国教育领域的主要发展方向,高职教师作为教育数字化转型的重要支撑,需要厘清高职教师数字素养的界定及构成要素,为后续高职教师数字素养提升路径打好基础,从政策和生态驱动“政策引导与夯实新基建制度化提升高职教师数字素养”;技术和资源驱动“新一代数字技术和资源全方位提升高职教师数字素养”;认知和行动驱动“主体意识先行、知行合一的新需求提升高职教师数字素养”三个维度提出数字素养提升的路径,进而培养出适应教育数字化转型的高素质、专业化高职教师。
The digital transformation of education has become the main development direction of China’s education field in the digital era. As an important support for the digital transformation of education, higher vocational teachers need to clarify the definition and components of their digital literacy to lay a foundation for the subsequent improvement of their digital literacy. This can be driven from three dimensions: policy and ecological drivers, “policy guidance and institutionalization of new infrastructure to improve the digital literacy of higher vocational teachers”; technological and resource drivers, “new generation digital technologies and resources to comprehensively improve the digital literacy of higher vocational teachers”; and cognitive and action drivers, “subject awareness first, the unity of knowledge and action to meet new needs and improve the digital literacy of higher vocational teachers.” These paths will help cultivate higher vocational teachers who are qualified and professional to adapt to the digital transformation of education.
