%X 本文基于台兰河洼地水库工程实际，阐述了水库工程中档案管理的重要性，结合洼地水库具体工程，以工程属性为依据将档案进行了划分，并对水库蓄水验收前各单位的档案监管责任进行了明确，实现了档案的可追溯性和真实性，利用数字化管理平台对档案数据进行了管理和存储，为后期水库工程管理和运维提供了依据和参考。<br />
Based on the actual situation of Tailan River depression reservoir project, this paper expounds the importance of archive management in reservoir project. Combined with the specific project of depression reservoir, the archives are divided according to the engineering attributes, and the archival supervision responsibilities of each unit in the acceptance stage of reservoir water storage are clarified, so as to realize the traceability and authenticity of archives. The digital management platform is used to manage and store archival data, which provides a basis and reference for the management, operation and maintenance of reservoir project in the later stage.
