%X 教育工作者是人类文化的积极的传播者，对人类社会的进步和发展做出了巨大贡献。对教师的道德素养的加强，是提升知识分子思想政治品质的重要任务。教师的每句话，每个行为，都会直接影响到学生的行为和态度，因此，必须采用多种手段和方法在实践中不断强化当代大学教师的职业道德培育。强化大学教师的职业道德培育是一个长期的过程，需要坚持不懈的努力。我们应该深刻理解高校职业道德特征与重要性，为教师职业道德培育做长期规划，从社会、学校和教师个人三个层面出发，保证每个环节都紧密的连接，深入而扎实地推进这项重要工作。<br />
Educators are active disseminators of human culture and make great contributions to the pro- gress and development of human society. The strengthening of the moral quality of teachers is an important task in upgrading the ideological and political quality of intellectuals. Every word and every behavior of teachers will directly affect the behavior and attitude of students, therefore, it is necessary to adopt various means and methods to continuously strengthen the professional moral cultivation of contemporary university teachers in practice. Strengthening the professional ethics cultivation of university teachers is a long-term process that requires unremitting efforts. We should deeply understand the characteristics and importance of professional ethics in colleges and universities, make a long-term plan for the cultivation of teachers’ professional ethics, start from the three levels of society, schools and individual teachers, ensure that each link is closely connected, and promote this important work in depth and solidly.
