Analysis of Status and Influencing Factors of Alexithymia in Elderly Inpatients with Type 2 Diabetes %A 杨芳 %A 李玲 %A 卜梦兰 %A 顾译丹 %J Nursing Science %P 428-435 %@ 2168-5614 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ns.2024.134062 %X 目的:调查老年2型糖尿病住院患者述情障碍的现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2023年8月~2023年12月贵州省人民医院内分泌科的303例老年2型糖尿病患者为调查对象,应用一般资料问卷、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)、生活质量量表(QOL)对其进行问卷调查。结果:303例老年2型糖尿病住院患者述情障碍量表总分为(77.25 ± 4.25)分,生活质量量表总分为(103.52 ± 9.98)分。多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,年龄、人均月收入、居住状况、病程和生活质量等是老年2型糖尿病患者述情障碍的影响因素(P < 0.05),可解释76%的述情障碍总变异。结论:病人述情障碍处于较高水平,护理人员应重视老年2型糖尿病住院患者患病后的心理健康状况,关注其述情障碍水平,帮助病人做好情绪管理,引导病人积极应对不良情绪和疾病,并给予心理支持;同时,识别其述情障碍的影响因素,积极开展有针对性的干预策略,从而提升其生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of alexithymia in elderly inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 303 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in the Department of Endocrinology of Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from August 2023 to December 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method. General data questionnaire, Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20) and Quality of Life Scale (QOL) were used to investigate them. Results: The total score of alexithymia scale and quality of life scale were (77.25 ± 4.25) and (103.52 ± 9.98) in 303 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that age, per capita monthly income, living status, disease course and quality of life were the influencing factors of alexithymia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes (P < 0.05), which could explain 76% of the total variation of alexithymia. Conclusion: Patients with alexithymia are at a high level. Nursing staff should pay attention to the mental health status of elderly type 2 diabetes inpatients after illness, pay attention to their alexithymia level, help patients do a good job in emotional management, guide patients to actively cope with adverse emotions and diseases, and give psychological support; at the same time, identify the influencing factors of alexithymia, and actively carry out targeted intervention strategies, so as to improve their quality of life. %K 老年人,2型糖尿病,述情障碍,住院患者,影响因素
