%X 随着自媒体技术的发展，网络直播带动经济发展的同时，各种直播失范现象不容忽视。究其原因，无不与诚信缺失有关，若任由其发展下去，极易引发信任危机。因此，在网络直播领域应当加强信用建设，政府应当加强网络直播领域的信用监管，秉持着行政法的一般原理以及原则，明确监管的原则；加强政府与平台之间的合作，弥补技术方面的缺失，形成守信的互联网直播秩序，从而推动社会信用的发展。<br />
With the development of we-media technology, while network broadcast drives economic development, various kinds of live broadcast anomie can not be ignored. The reasons are all related to the lack of integrity, and if it is allowed to develop, it is very easy to cause a crisis of trust. Therefore, credit construction should be strengthened in the field of network broadcast, and the government should strengthen credit supervision in the field of network broadcast, uphold the general principles of administrative law, and clarify the principles of supervision; strengthen the cooperation between the government and the platform, make up for the lack of technology, and form a trustworthy Internet live broadcast order, so as to promote the development of social credit.
