Research on Countermeasures of Deep Integration of Production and Education in Local Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities %A 侯玉璟 %A 潘洪涛 %A 孙亦凯 %J Creative Education Studies %P 317-322 %@ 2331-804X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ces.2024.124217 %X 应用型本科高校产教融合既是贯彻落实党的二十大精神的重要实践,也是办好应用型本科教育的关键所在。然而,当前我国应用型本科院校产教融合的实践仍处于起步阶段,实施过程中面临诸多困境,这些困境约束着“产”和“教”的深度融合发展。文章在国家政策鼓励产教融合的大背景下,分别在政策、企业、高校三个层面对目前我国地方应用型本科高校产教融合所面临的困境进行分析,并吸取国外产教融合成功案例的经验,提出推进我国地方应用型本科高校产教融合的针对性对策,旨在破解产教融合发展壁垒,促进产教深度融合。
The integration of production and education in applied undergraduate colleges is not only an important practice to carry out the spirit of the Party’s Twenty Congresses, but also the key to run applied undergraduate education well. However, at present, the practice of the integration of production and education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges in China is still in its initial stage, and it faces many difficulties in the implementation process, which restricts the deep integration of “production” and “teaching”. Under the background of national policies encouraging the integration of industry and education, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the integration of industry and education in local application-oriented undergraduate universities in China from three aspects: policy, enterprise and university, and draws on the experience of successful cases of integration of industry and education in foreign countries to put forward targeted countermeasures to promote the integration of industry and education in local application-oriented undergraduate universities in China, aiming at breaking the barriers to the development of integration of industry and education.
