%X 如今，随着我国的高速发展，“双减”政策的落实推进，父母养育压力不断升高，有关养育的讨论不断，养育倦怠作为养育过程中的负面作用被广泛研究。而父母完美主义则是在人格特质上为父母的养育动机提供研究思路。本文聚焦养育领域，对两个变量的相互作用进行探究。本文介绍父母完美主义和养育倦怠的相关概念、理论以及相关研究，并在两大完美主义理论框架下对二者之间的相关研究和理论联系进行了深入探讨，为未来的养育领域的理论和实践研究提出启示性分析和建议。<br />
Nowadays, with the rapid development of China and the implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy, parenting pressure has been rising. The discussion about parenting has been ongoing. Parenting burnout has been widely studied as a negative role in the parenting process. Parental perfectionism, on the other hand, is a personality trait that provides research ideas for parenting motivation. Focusing on the field of parenting, this study explores the interaction of parental perfectionism and parenting burnout, introducing the concepts, theories, and related research on these two variables. The analysis provides an in-depth discussion of the relevant research and theoretical connections between the two major perfectionism theories, offering a revealing analysis and suggestions for future theoretical and practical research in the field of parenting.
