%X 法律素养是当今法治社会良好运行的重要保障，如何使当代大学生进入社会后能够掌握和运用法律武器成为一个不容忽视的重大问题。高校大学生是未来社会的希望，是社会发展的重要力量，也是中国进行社会主义建设的主要参与者，大学生应当是具备法律素养的综合性人才。然而，当今大学生的法律素养并不乐观，主要体现在法律运用能力差、法律信仰缺失方面。提升当代高校学生法律素养是建设法治社会的重要环节之一，对此，学生本身应当重视法律学习、高校教师应当重视法律教育、学校应帮助构建学习平台，通过学生、教师、学校的共同努力，提升大学生整体法律素养。<br />
Legal literacy is an important guarantee for the good functioning of today’s society based on the rule of law, and how to enable contemporary college students to master and utilize legal weapons after entering society has become a major issue that cannot be ignored. College students are the hope of future society, an important force for social development, and the main participants in China’s socialist construction, college students should be comprehensive talents with legal literacy. However, the legal literacy of today’s college students is not optimistic, mainly reflected in the poor ability to use the law and the lack of legal beliefs. Enhancing the legal literacy of contemporary college students is one of the important links in building a society based on the rule of law. In this regard, students themselves should pay attention to legal learning, college teachers should pay attention to legal education, and schools should help build a learning platform to enhance the overall legal literacy of college students through the joint efforts of students, teachers and schools.
